Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While undergoing upgrades that promise improvement, my room was unfortunately dirty and far from the lobby. On the bright side, the property is becoming more appealing. The service was exceptionally friendly with a delightful surprise of a free upgrade to a two-room suite. The location was convenient, close to major tour pick-up points and restaurants. Unfortunately, the dining options were subpar with cold food, but the facilities were standard.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal, not too far from the strip with good bus connections, but the noise from the Las Vegas International flight pattern affected my sleep. The rooms appeared to be in the midst of cleaning, but there were issues like stained bedsheets and a lack of housekeeping. The service was a mixed bag with issues like a refusal to hold bags and a confusing deposit process, albeit the shuttle service was efficient. The dining options were disappointing, with dried out food and reduced hours. Overall, a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
The hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff. The location is convenient, although not right on the Strip, and the dining experience could be improved with more variety. Overall, a decent value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean, had an outdated smell and required quite a long walk through the casino, which was a downside. The location was convenient for accessing tour pick-up points and had a variety of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited and disappointing. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel was clean and modern-looking, with spacious rooms on the second floor that stretched around the pool. The staff was nice and accommodating, but they refused to hold our bags. The location felt like a little oasis, although being in the flight pattern of Las Vegas International affected the sleep quality. The dining experience was not bad overall, with reduced opening hours and less variety at the salad bar. Facilities were average.
Although the walk to our room was quite long from the lobby and the room was a bit tight compared to the online photos, the hotel's service was friendly and helpful overall. The location, close to major tour pick-up points and with various restaurants nearby, was very convenient. However, the dining experience with dry fish and limited options was not the best.
